“Wonder and Awe: How Practicing Radical Amazement Can Help Us Live a Happier Life”
Using traditional Jewish texts and blessings and the work of Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel
as our lens for conversation, we will discuss foundational teachings
regarding appreciating this physical world and the true miracle of
waking each new day. Modern interpretations and prayers will also
help us frame our lives through a lens of thanksgiving for the
“little things” to better understand the power of practicing gratitude.
You can attend one or all of these sessions as they will stand alone,
but we hope you will attend all three!
All classes are FREE and open to the entire community with advance registration.
