VBM RABBI ED FEINSTEIN SCHOLAR NIGHT

In the 2,000 years of Jewish diaspora, no place has welcomed us

and offered us more opportunity and freedom than America.

And in turn, we offered America the gifts of our cultural genius.

As we prepare to celebrate the 250th year of America,

let’s look back to the wonders of American Jewish life.

TIKKUN LEIL SHAVUOT: ONLINE LEARNING INTO THE NIGHT

“THE IMPACT OF TORAH ON THE AMERICAN LEGAL SYSTEM”

WITH RABBI COOKIE LEA OLSHEIN

REGISTER HERE

During the holiday of Shavuot, it is customary to learn all night as a way to spiritually prepare for receiving the

Ten Commandments, just as the Israelites spiritually prepared to receive them at Mount Sinai.

This year, CNT will celebrate Shavuot during Erev Shabbat on Friday, May 22, however, we also have the opportunity to celebrate in collaboration with URJ congregations across America, when the Reform Movement celebrates together Thursday night through Friday morning, May 21 – 22. This year, there are 27 different sessions offered throughout the night. You can attend one session or as many as you would like – all FREE and open to the entire community with prior registration.
