CONGREGATION NER TAMID’S Senior Schmoozers will meet on Monday, February 9, for “A Bissel Yiddish” luncheon, at 12:00 p.m. Entertainer Mark Hochberg will play piano and sing Yiddish songs and any requests from the Schmoozers.
Mark began playing at just 5-years-old. Although he took piano lessons in his youth, Mark plays primarily by ear, learning and playing new songs after just listening.
Mark has an eclectic, vast repertoire in many music genres. He likes to put his own spin on songs, playing a classical piece like a rock song or the Beatles like Beethoven.
