Cantor Jessica Hutchings will sing the National Anthem in honor of the holidays and a special Chanukah ticket offer before the Henderson Silver Knights take on the Coachella Valley Firebirds on Thursday, December 22, at 7:00 p.m., at The Dollar Loan Center.
“I’m excited to sing the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ in honor of Chanukah because it is a perfect blend of celebrating the joy of Judaism with the pride of our local team, the Henderson Silver Knights,” Cantor Hutchings said. “I love that the Henderson Silver Knights are being inclusive by inviting the Jewish community to light a Chanukiah and celebrate Chanukah. It is a reminder that all kinds of people live in Henderson and our melting pot should be celebrated.”
