SECOND NIGHT OF CHANUKAH
1327 S. Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89104
Soulbelly BBQ Chef-Owner Bruce Kalman will host a special collaboration pop-up
for the first night of Hanukkah, transforming the restaurant into
Sobel Brothers Pastrami on Dec. 15, from 5 to 9 p.m.
Created by chefs Adam Sobel, Harrison Chernick and Kalman,
the festive one-night event celebrates the soulful, smokey and nostalgic flavors
of Jewish deli culture reimagined through the lens of modern live-fire cooking.
Guests can expect a lively Hanukkah celebration filled with music, smoke, pastrami and plenty of spirit—
a night where old traditions meet new energy. Part deli, part smokehouse and
part rock ’n’ roll Hanukkah party, Sobel Brothers Pastrami brings together
chefs, friends, and the Las Vegas community for an unforgettable evening.
Menu highlights include:
House-Smoked Pastrami—Hand-cut, deeply seasoned and served with all the fixings ($20 per half-pound)
Crispy Latkes—Golden and crackling, served with sour cream, apple compote and smoked salmon ($5 each)
Stuffed Knishes, Three Ways ($12):
Classic Pastrami & Spicy Brown Mustard
Reuben Style (corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island)
Brisket, Caramelized Onion & Soulbelly BBQ Sauce
Large-format specials from the Soulbelly smoker
Classic egg creams and Dr. Brown’s soda floats
Hanukkah sweets by Executive Pastry Chef Keris Kuwana from Baker’s Blueprint
*Limited BBQ from Soulbelly’s regular menu will also be available
“When you can’t get to the East Coast for a traditional nosh, you do the only thing you can,” Kalman said.
“Bring the nosh to you. We look forward to sharing our holiday traditions with both our Jewish friends
and our friends who wish they were Jewish.”
